  3. This user license agreement (the "AGREEMENT") is an agreement between you
  4. (individual or single entity) and Paurex, for the Paurex software (the "SOFTWARE")
  5. that is accompanying this AGREEMENT.

  7. The SOFTWARE is the property of Paurex and is protected by copyright
  8. laws and international copyright treaties. The SOFTWARE is not sold,
  9. it is licensed.

  11. << Trial version >>

  13. If you accepts the terms and conditions of this AGREEMENT, you have
  14. certain rights and obligations as follow:

  16. You may:

  18. Install and use an unlimited number of copies the TRIAL VERSION for a period
  19. of 30 days. Use one or more copies of the TRIAL VERSION for evaluation purpose
  20. only. Copy and distribute freely the TRIAL VERSION (see 'DISTRIBUTION').

  22. You may not:

  24. Sublicense, rent or lease the TRIAL VERSION or any portion of it. Decompile,
  25. disassemble, reverse engineer or modify the TRIAL VERSION or any portion
  26. of it. Use the TRIAL VERSION after your trial period of 30 days.

  30. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the TRIAL VERSION as
  31. you wish and distribute it to anyone provided that all files are intact. You must
  32. distribute the install form of the TRIAL VERSION (not the files resulting of an 
  33. installation). You are not allowed to sell the TRIAL VERSION (except for
  34. shipment and handling ±harges).

  38. The SOFTWARE is supplied "AS IS". Paurex disclaims all warranties,
  39. expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of
  40. merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume
  41. the entire risk of using the SOFTWARE.

  43. << Disclaimer of damages >>

  45. Paurex assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may
  46. result from the use of the SOFTWARE, even if Paurex has been advised of the
  47. possibility of such damages.
